Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Nexsori Learning (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use one account per individual — shared or transferable accounts are not permitted.
• For teacher accounts, only enroll students you are authorized to instruct or supervise.

Nexsori Learning is offered on the plans described on our Pricing page: Free, Pro, and Teacher. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• You may upgrade at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata where applicable.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to cheat on proctored or graded assessments outside the platform, or to circumvent academic integrity policies of your school.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, including automated querying of the AI tutor.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, including its curriculum structure, skill trees, software, design, and branding, is owned by Nexsori Learning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or classroom educational purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as free-response answers or messages to the AI tutor), and grant us a license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including billing obligations already incurred, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nexsori Learning does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, grades, or test results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexsori Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State/Country — to be finalized], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date below and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@nexsorilearning.com.
